If a Shipping Label does not generate for a task:

1. Check to see if you have inputted weight, dimensions and mail item type.

2. Check the destination address to make sure it's a valid address.

3. If label still doesn't print, please generate your own label to ship the package if possible.

4. Open a Support Ticket and provide the details of the shipment to iPostal1 Customer Support. Please include all of the information including screenshots and screen recordings.
