If you are unable to process a task due to failed payment and the task disappears from your to do list, you can view the task in the "Payment Decline" section of your Todo List. We recommend attempting the task at a later time, after the customer updates their payment.  


  • Any pending tasks that includes the mail items will remain pending and not accessible to the customer. 


If the customer will like to create a new task for the mail items: 

Please be sure the original task is fully declined before the customer can proceed to create a new task. Once the current task is declined, the mail items will be accessible and go back to the customers mailbox.


To manually decline a task: 

1. Go to the "Payment Decline" section in your "Todo List"

2. Click "View". The task will now go back to your Todo List.

3. Go back to your "Open" tasks in your "Todo List" and click "Decline".


Note: Tasks can only be created by the customer. If the customer may need assistance with creating a new task, we recommend they contact customer support.
